First, the students should be informed about the time period and the task. This is best done through chat.

Then create the drop-off folder in which the students can upload files such as their homework. Neither student has access to the other's homework. Only the creator of the drop-off folder has access to all uploaded files.

To create a drop-off folder, click the cloud icon in the upper right corner of the chat.

Now the following field appears:

Now click on the red plus at the top right to be able to create new folders.

Now name the folder you want to create. At the bottom you will now find the "Drop folder" control. You have to activate it by clicking on it once. Then click on "Create Folder".

Students can now upload their homework without other students being able to see it.

NOTE: Unlike the regular cloud folder , students can upload files to the drop-off folder at any time, regardless of whether the associated chat is open.
