In a drop-off folder, students can upload their homework without it being read by other classmates. So that you do not have to open a chat with each individual in order to return corrected homework, these can also be done within the submission folder.
To do this, each student would have to create their own normal folder within the submission folder. It is very important that the student creates this folder himself and not the teacher.
Only the group admin and the student themselves have access to this folder. As with the individually uploaded files, these cannot be viewed by classmates.
This is how it works:
The students select the appropriate drop-off folder in which they would like to upload their homework. The delivery folder can either be identified by the name of the folder or, alternatively, by the symbol. The up arrow indicates this as such.
Within the submission folder, the student clicks on the red plus icon in the header on the right. The option "Create folder" appears here. The following view appears:
Students can now create the folder by clicking on "Create folder". It is important that this is not created as a delivery folder.
TIP: It is best to name the folder with the name of the student. So you can see at a glance who owns the folder.
Both the submitted homework and the corrected homework can now be uploaded to this folder.
NOTE: Students can upload files to the drop-off and return folder at any time. These are independent of whether the associated chat is open.
